Our client is a privately owned international investment company. In line with their considerable European growth they are looking to hire a private funds lawyer to strengthen the London office. Working closely with the global legal team you will take the lead on all legal work with relation to the formation and operation of investment funds in Europe; including but not limited to product structuring, documentation and investor queries.
This role will suit a private funds lawyer with at least 5 years’ pqe; you will have strong technical knowledge and the credibility to influence and engage with stakeholders across the business. Candidates from private practice (ideally with secondment experience) and those already in-house will be equally considered. The successful candidate will be comfortable with AIFMD and have experience in infrastructure, PE, RE and/or debt funds. A specific interest in infrastructure will make your application stand out.
