A rapidly expanding financial services organisation is looking to hire a senior regulatory lawyer to compliment the existing small legal department. Our client is an end to end solutions provider for the asset management industry and offers financial planning, asset management and settlement and custody services and this person will take to lead on all regulatory matters within that space. This will include looking at terms and conditions, client agreements, cross company guarantees and dealing with advice and queries that come into the legal team.

To be considered for this position you need to have at least 5 years of regulatory law experience, either from private practice or in a similar financial services company. Settlements and custody experience is essential with any funds experience being beneficial. They need someone who is up for a challenge and wants to own the regulatory legal piece. This is a very exciting time to join a company with a start-up vibe which has doubled in size in the last year and is continuing to grow.
