Back to vacancies

Our client is an American financial markets infrastructure company with a growing presence in London.

A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer with a collaborative approach to join the well regarded global legal team.  Supporting the international trade repository business you will work closely with lawyers and your commercial counterparts across various jurisdictions advising on documentation, innovative projects and strategic decision-making. Fully integrated into the business, this is a fast-paced role offering you high quality work and considerable exposure to senior stakeholders.

With at least 7 years’ PQE you will be a UK qualified lawyer with a strong background in financial services.  While previous trade repository, settlements and/or clearing experience would be preferred, experienced derivatives or financial services regulatory lawyers with a pro-active approach and a desire to expand their skill set will also be seriously considered.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business which is at the forefront of innovation within financial markets.
