Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate M&A

An expansion role has become available at this financial services company for a mid to senior level legal counsel. Here, you’ll be instrumental in managing legal risk whilst working on our client’s M&A programme and strategic initiatives, advising on healthy pipeline of transactional work. This position offers a unique chance to work closely with senior management and influence key decisions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With a focus on mostly acquisitions, you will be at the heart of significant business growth and strategic diversification efforts.

Our client is seeking an experienced legal professional with a strong academic background and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing transactions from inception to completion, preferably within the financial services sector. Experience in a city law firm and familiarity with regulated environments are essential. You should be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative team player who thrives under pressure.
