Our client is a high growth fintech which services the investment management industry. As well as their very successful tech business line they also have a UCITS platform which is growing and performing very well. They are looking to recruit a new member of the legal team to work directly with the GC across all areas of the business and to deputise for the GC when appropriate.
With at least 5 years’ pqe you will have a strong grounding in UCITS and broader investment funds gained either in-house or in a well regarded law firm. You will be keen to diversify your experience and also get involved in wider commercial matters to support the business as a whole. This will suit an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable lawyer with great communication skills and an entrepreneurial edge.
